Weather? Check. Sound? Check. African music stars have descended on the UK captial as they undertake a weekend of performance at One Africa Music Fest.
They may not be record label mates, but Victoria Kimani, Falz and Banky W were only too happy to share a ride as they were one of the first to arrive at the country. Fans and photographers waited patiently at the terminals of Heathrow and Gatwick airport this morning at 5:45am to also welcome Peter of Psquare, Tiwa Savage, Olamide, Tekno, Phyno, Kaffy and a crew of dancers to London for the One Africa Music Fest.
Rapper Sakordie wasn’t hard to spot in his green-hooded number.
While the music fest does not start until Saturday, the festival spirit was in full flow from early this morning.
